In this extended workshop, participants will take a deep-dive into their own organization’s data and practice learning from and using that data as part of their work. The workshop will also explore and practice using two elements of financial health: financial metrics, and financial projections. This intensive session is ideal for decision-making staff and board members interested in learning how to read their SMU DataArts Analytic Reports, learn more about financial metrics and projection, and practice using them in conversations with various stakeholders and audiences.
