This is your opportunity to come experience a Capoeira Angola class for beginners. We were all beginners at some point, and now know how to help newcomers learn, progress, and most importantly – have a good time!
Come learn about Capoeira Angola in a free community class. The class is open to Adults and youth 16+. Participants will learn basic movements, simple acrobatics, and some of the traditional instruments and singing used in capoeira.
