The Yoga Experience offers two distinct intensive programs for people wanting to learn more about the path of yoga. Discover how these programs might be just what you need to compel yourself into informed knowledge, strong action, and yogic devotion.

Do you love the feeling of yoga practice? Do you want to move deeper into understanding why and how this practice effects you? Do you want to dedicate yourself to practicing with a group of similarly dedicated people?
This course is designed for:
This course will take place over three weekends; 17 hours each weekend. It will include: 20 hours of asana practice; 15 hours of yoga philosophy and self reflection; 6 hours of anatomy for yoga poses; 5 hours of Ayurvedic exploration. 4 hours of community building
This course will be required for/and a part of the 2019-2020 TYE 200 hour Teacher training.
2. 200 Hour Teacher Training: This intense program builds off of the Immersion and begins the process of teaching you how to teach. It takes place over an additional 6 weekends. 20 hours per weekend. And furthers all Immersion topics while adding in education theory, teaching skills and teaching practicums.
Informational Meeting is free admission, with no obligation to register. All in attendance will receive discounts on yoga classes if they do register for the 50 hour Yoga Immersion or the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
