New West Guitar Group is based in New York and Los Angeles. The group was founded by Perry Smith and John Storie in 2003. They are known for their pop covers, jazz standards, and original music. The ensemble has traveled throughout the United States and abroad, and are celebrated as one of the world’s premier guitar groups. They have gained recognition from well-known sources such as NPR, Seattle Times, and Metronome Magazine.
