The Library Comes to Lowell

The Library Comes to Lowell

Presented by Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library and Lowell Observatory at Lowell Observatory

In July, the library comes to Lowell - free admission this evening only with your Flagstaff Public Library Card at Lowell Observatory. Fun for all ages! Attend astronomy programs and view the moon, stars, & planets with high powered telescopes. You can even use the Historic Clark Telescope, just like the astronomers from Lowell and NASA did when they were mapping the moon for the Apollo missions!

Flagstaff is moony over the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing! Join the Flagstaff Public Library every month on (or near) the full moon as we host cultural & scientific activities to celebrate Flagstaff’s contribution to that first giant leap for mankind – Flagstaff’s Lunar Legacy!
