The Climate Science and Solutions graduate students would like to invite you to a campus-wide discussion about putting a price on carbon emissions at NAU. We have four student groups working on shadow prices or an actual fee or tax related to carbon emissions from university air travel, the NAU fleet, campus commuting, and building electric and heat.

They will present their analysis of how a social cost on carbon might function in these sectors to help drive emissions reductions and seek input from students, faculty, and staff on their analysis and proposals.
