A FREE Brown Bag Lecture about the patterns and pulses of Southwestern history through a series of connected stories across time.
Using the twin lenses of migration and environmental unpredictability, this talk will explore the patterns and pulses of Southwestern history through a series of connected stories across time. Starting in Pre-Columbian times but emphasizing the nineteenth century, the talk will uncover how environmental change and migration sit at the heart of Southwestern history to this day.
