In this two-hour workshop you will practice on-the-spot meditation micro-hits in the midst of a laser tag battle, and receive instruction, guidance, and personal coaching from professional meditation trainer Pez Owen.
$30 includes four instruction sessions and three games of laser tag. Add $5 for unlimited tag after the workshop in Flagstaff’s newest and coolest laser tag arena.

Flag Tag AZ will be open to the public following our workshop, so invite your friends or family to come over at 11 for more laser tag, nerf tag, axe throwing, and arcade games. The cafe serves pizza, milkshakes, and local beers, as well as other snacks and drinks. Flag Tag is free to enter. There is a charge for games. Add $5 to your meditation workshop ticket for unlimited tag for the remainder of the day.
