Internationally known poet Jodie Hollander leads this workshop on using writing to make sense of sorrow and transform it into art. Hollander’s acclaimed book, My Dark Horses, delves into her own past, the death of her mother, and their complicated relationship. Everyone faces some kind of loss in life and writing can be a way through. The workshop will be held in the Museum of Northern Arizona library, which is across the street from the exhibits building, in Building 9.
