9:00 – 12:00 Morning Session — Self-Assessment, Introduction to Human Needs, Celebrating Yourself
12:00 – 1:30 Lunch on own — Bring your own lunch or eat at a local establishment
1:30 – 4:30 Afternoon Session — Giving Gratitude to others, Receiving Gratitude and Closing
We choose how to perceive the world. We can focus on what’s wrong which tends to bring us down or we can focus on what’s working. When we focus on the positive, our energy and vitality increase. In this spirited, interactive workshop, participants will harvest the power of gratitude to improve their own and other’s well-being.
