First Friday ArtWalk

First Friday ArtWalk

at Historic Downtown Flagstaff

First Friday ArtWalk is one of Northern Arizona’s premier arts events. Each first Friday of the month, art galleries and businesses in historic Downtown Flagstaff open their doors from 6-9pm with special art exhibitions, performances, live music, treats and much much more. Many downtown hot spots remain open after 9 pm as the ArtWalk celebrations continue.

It’s Flagstaff monthly street party – the ArtWalk is one of those rare events that both locals and out-of-towners attend and enjoy.

Flagstaff Arts Council is proud to announce the first-ever Cash For Local Change event during this month's ArtWalk.

Criollo Latin Kitchen, the founding business of Cash For Local Change, will host the band Raillery, serve up tasty tacos and drink specials, and showcase bicycle art in support of the Flagstaff Biking Organization, all on the back patio of Criollo Latin Kitchen at 16 N San Francisco St. in downtown Flagstaff.

Full Circle Trade & Thrift, at 2 S Beaver St., Ste. 100 is featuring demonstrations by local artists, Emma Gardner and Inga Kern, plus live music from Sambatuque and Jack Webb Jazz Band. Proceeds from May sales at Full Circle will be donated to Flagstaff Arts Council.

A Cash Mob is an event where locally-minded patrons show up with cash to spend at that business. You don’t need to bring piles of cash; just bring a $5 or a $10, get a drink or buy a couple of tacos or a few second-hand treasures.
