The Cole Trains

Presented by The Museum Club at The Museum Club

The Cole Trains are an electrifying Americana/Country band hailing out of Safford Arizona. Co-front men Shane Britt and TJ Taylor (who write all of the lyrics & music) have been able to combine amazing lyrics with catchy hooks to create a unique style. Shane Britt grew up between Texas and Arizona and while going to high school in China Spring Texas got immersed in the Texas Country/Red Dirt scene. He is a 90's music kid at heart with influences from all different genres. TJ Taylor grew up in Safford AZ in a musical family and has been playing multiple instruments from a young age.  His influences range from Foo Fighters to Todd Snider and everything in between. When TJ was a teenager, Shane burned him a couple CD's of some of the underground acts from Texas & Oklahoma, he was hooked and the rest is history.

The Cole Trains have shared the stage with acts like Stoney LaRue, Roger Creager, Josh Abbott and Robert Earl Keen as well as other local bands in Arizona.

The Cole Trains first album titled "Six Hundred & Thirteen" will be released in October 2013. It shares a mix of high energy songs to lyrical ballads and everything in between. The duo has found a way to please everyone from the acclaimed songsmiths to the regular country fan.
