Skye Kelly has been hooping for 3 years and has learned from other instructors and from self teaching. She has attended many flow festivals over the years and performs regularly with Circus Bacchus. This workshop will introduce beginner hoop tricks such as isolations, on-body and off-body hooping, and incorporating those tricks into finding your flow!
