Mormon Lake Lodge will host the 5th Annual Outdoor Festival on June 14th which is National Get Outdoors Day.  The event is free for both those non-profit organizations with a display and for attendees.  The event begins at 10am and ends at 3pm.  Attendees will receive a free raffle ticket with a chance to win a 2-night stay at Mormon Lake Lodge or a $50 gift card from Sportsman's Warehouse.

The event will be a free family fun day with over 50 outdoor displays and exhibits. You can learn about a lot you can do in the outdoors including how to shoot a bow and arrow or how to catch a fish. There will be live reptiles from the Arizona Herpetological Association and wildlife from the Adobe Mountain Wildlife Center. The Arizona Game and Fish Department, National Forest Servide, National Park Service, Bueau of Land Management and State Land Department all will have a display. Also there will be displays from the Arizona Antelope Foundation, National Wild Turkey Federation, Flagstaff Archers, Flagstaff Arboretum, Audubon Arizona, Arizona Desert Bighhorn Sheep Society and the Arizona Wilderness Coalition. 

The focus of the event is to help children, young adults and families learn how much fun they can have in the outdoors including what they can do and where they can do it.  The Outdoor Festival is sponsored by Mormon Lake Lodge, Sportsmen's Warehouse, Findlay Toyota, Flagstaff Subaru, Wood-Mizer, Tapped Out Towing, Waste Management. and Arizona Game and Fish.
