Beginning Knitting-A Two-Day Workshop

Beginning Knitting-A Two-Day Workshop

Presented by The Pioneer Museum at The Pioneer Museum

If you've never knit before, or you need a refresher on the basics, this is the class for you! We'll start from the very beginning: how to cast on a project, how to make the knit and purl stitches, and how to bind off your work at the end. We'll learn to combine the two stitches to make many different patterns, while knitting a washcloth, a perfect first project. Students will leave this workshop with enough knitting techniques to tackle more difficult projects on their own.

NOTE

The class is held for two hours on each day.

Students are expected to attend both sessions for the full lesson.
