International Film Series: 'Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome'

In the third of the "Mad Max" movies, Max (Mel Gibson) drifts into an evil town ruled by Turner. There he becomes a gladiator and gets dumped in the desert where he is rescued by a band of feral orphans who have been looking for help for years. When several of them take his appearance as a sign and go off into the desert, he follows them back to the town.

Free and open to the public.

Parking: 
No permit is required Friday after 4:30 p.m. through Sunday in lots P13, P3 and P8.
Film Series parking designation:
CAL Film Series and International Film Series parking passes must be printed and exhibited for each film. Create a guest account and register with NAU Parking.
Community parking designation:
To see if your event has a community parking designation, go to the CAL events website. Community members can register for a community parking pass at NAU Parking.
Complimentary parking designation:
Complimentary parking without permit is available for Ashurst Hall Horizons concerts and NAU Art Museum receptions in lots P3 (behind Gammage), P8 (north of the College of Education on Knoles Dr.), and P4 (ADA stalls near Ashurst - must have hangtag).
