Invitation to participate in Flagstaff’s climate action and adaptation planning process.
As part of the Flagstaff City Council's goal to take meaningful climate action, City staff will work with community members, local businesses, and partner institutions to develop Flagstaff's first Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. To do so the City has organized a public open house:
Wednesday, January 24
530-830pm Flagstaff Aquaplex, 1702 N Fourth St.
Drop in anytime, Presentation 6pm.
The City and the Climate Action Plan Steering Committee will use input from this open house and survey (available until Jan. 24: https://www.flagstaff.az.gov/3284/Flagstaff-Community-Forum) to help identify the vision, goals, objectives, sectors of focus, and climate actions in the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. These efforts are part of an ongoing process to engage Flagstaff area residents, businesses, local partners, and government institutions in development of the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan.
Come to the open house to learn and make your voice heard!
