Come celebrate traditional whole-animal cookery as Coppa Cafe teams up with Mother Road Brewing Co. for this special event. Fed on Mother Road’s spent grains (leftover malt) and Coppa Cafe’s daily scraps, a special hog (100% yorkshire) in partnership with Kelly Beef in Prescott has been carefully and ethically raised to elevate it beyond ho-hum pork chops to a primed and prized culinary feast.

Brewers from Mother Road Brewing Co. will be at Coppa Cafe pouring beers for the event to pair 5 courses perfectly with the hog. Sustainability is a hallmark of both Chef Brian Konefal’s culinary efforts and Brewmaster Michael Marquess’ beers in this one-time-only “Beast Meets Bottle” event, which proves compost is the most important in making one hoppy pig!
