Colorado River Days

Colorado River Days

Presented by Sierra Club, Arizona's Grand Canyon Chapter at Unknown

A series of events - films, discussions, lectures, discussions, music and more - that celebrate the Colorado River.

What does the Colorado River mean to you? Could you express it in a song? Do you want some ideas for how to protect the River into the future? For people like you, we invented Colorado River Days Flagstaff.

We believe that the Colorado is something to celebrate. The future of our regional economy – and our drinking water – rely on a healthy Colorado. Amazing plant and animal and human communities come together because of the River.

Last year, the first ever Colorado River Days was a resounding success, and we hope you will participate and make this year even better. Museum of Northern Arizona, Sierra Club, and Grand Canyon Trust are putting together some great events. Please come out and be part of the conversation, meet new friends, cheer on emerging songwriters, and learn some new ideas.

We’re starting a new tradition here in Flagstaff. Come out and be a part of it!
