Fourth Annual Hopi Festival at Heritage Square

The Fourth Annual Hopi Festival at Heritage Square takes place September 28th and 29th, 2013 in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Set in the shadow of downtown Flagstaff and the Hopi Building, this year’s event will include artisans from many cultures and backgrounds. The festival will include music, art, social dancing performances and traditional foods that showcase the Hopi people and their culture. Notable artists at this year’s event will include Nampeyo Pottery, Honyouti Carvings, Honahnie Paintings and Dalangyouma Jewelry.

The Annual Hopi Festival promotes togetherness, happiness and stewardship of the earth for all people, and brings educational and social awareness to the Flagstaff community. This year’s festival donations will go to Child Protective Services in Flagstaff and at Hopi to assist with a safe and better way of life for these children in need. The Hopi Festival at Heritage Square is sponsored by the Hopi Tribe Economic Development Corporation.
