Willow Bend, in partnership with the City of Flagstaff Open Space Program, will be leading FREE monthly guided tours to Picture Canyon between May-October 2017.

Tours typically last 2-3 hours and cover basic history, ecology, geology, and archaeology of Picture Canyon.  In addition, each month has a different focus or theme.

Saturday, June 10th         4:00-6:30pm       Family Tour  (tour especially geared for families. Will include kid activities and a picnic)

Sunday, July 30th             8:00-10:30am     Birding (led by Trevor Hinkley. Held in partnership with Northern Arizona Audubon)

Saturday, August 26th     4:00-6:30pm       Wildlife Watching  (special guests wildlife biologists Rick Miller and Tom Mackin)

Saturday, October 21st   9:00-11:30am       Community History (general overview of Picture Canyon, restoration efforts, and history)
