Anam, a 15-year-old singer-songwriter, guitarist, and harpist has been making her way through the Flagstaff music scene for the last couple of Years. She recently co-produced her first 5-track EP album of all original music and lyrics, with local musician, bandmate, and local music intstructor, Brad Bays. Anam has recently been recognized locally as a nominee in the emerging artist category of Flagstaff's Viola Awards, a fundraisering event that recognizes artists, stewardship, and leadership in Flagstaff, AZ, and continues to break out to more and more venues both in and out of our state. Her band, The Anam Cara Trio, will perform for free on Heritage Square. She categorizes broadly saying that her music fits bluegrass, folk, folk-rock, roots, and Americana.
