Audiences Everywhere Workshop

Audiences Everywhere Workshop

Presented by Arizona Commission on the Arts at Coconino Center for the Arts

Join us for the FREE Audiences Everywhere workshop on Tuesday, April 25th from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m at the Coconino Center for the Arts.

This workshop is presented by Matt Lehrman, Audeince Avenue LLC. Lehrman specializes in helping arts and cultural organizations pursue artistic relevance, financial vibrancy and audience connection.  His expertise is helping arts & cultural leaders see their organizations “from the audience-side of the mission statement.”

Conventional marketing practices that focus on picking the “low-hanging fruit” are inadequate for today’s fiercely competitive and ultra-connected environment.  This “mind-opening, rut-clearing & possibility-renewing” workshop introduces an updated and cohesive framework to attract, sustain, cultivate and diversify audiences –  a strategy that’s immediately actionable for arts and cultural organizations of every size and genre.

Key Takeaways include:

The critical difference between “pushing” and “pulling” for an audience
What your audience demands beyond “quality” and “value”
The 4 types of audiences and how to identify and engage them – in-person & on-line
(At least) 3 bold & creative ways to get your audiences to return
How to serve your community in ways that really matter for growing your audience
