NAU SOUNDS New Music Concert

Presented by Northern Arizona University, College of Arts and Letters at Ardrey Auditorium, Northern Arizona University Campus

 Did you know that there is a roaring New Music scene in Flagstaff, Arizona? The weekend of May 3rd, 13 composers will have 15 original compositions performed including 11 world premieres in three different concerts! I'm so proud to have three of these world premieres by the lovely and talented Wren Quartet (string quartet), Liza Stegall (saxophone), and Katryn Boerner (cello). Join the event and learn more about this New Music Marathon! It's all free! Friday - Saturday - Sunday. Respond if you would like information about possible live streams. All concert are held graciously and proudly in the newly renovated NAU School of Music.

All of these activities are gravitating around former and current students of Bruce Reiprich, Northern Arizona University Associate Professor of Theory & Composition. Major support and contributions from; NAU Professor of Percussion Studies, Dr. Steven Hemphill, Director of the NAU School of Music, Todd Sullivan, NAU Associate Professor of Saxophone, Dr. Jonathan Bergeron.
