Flagstaff Police Citizens Liaison Committee Open House

Presented by Flagstaff Police Citizens Liaison Committee at Flagstaff Aquaplex

The Flagstaff Police Department Citizens Liaison Committee will be hosting an open house meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the Flagstaff Aquaplex, 1702 N. 4th St. The public is invited to hear a presentation by Marianne Sullivan, Senior Assistant City Attorney with the Flagstaff City Attorney’s Office, on “Know Your Rights, Know an Officer’s Authority.”

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask and submit questions to the committee on public safety, community relations and other issues affecting our community.

The Citizens Liaison Committee was formed as a volunteer community group following discussions in early 2014 and is supported by a grant from the Arizona Community Foundation, the Flagstaff Community Foundation and the Forest Highlands Foundation. Members work to improve communications between the department and the community.
