Mary Brown, staff member at the Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, will be the presenter at the Brown Bag Lunch Lecture at 12:15 PM on Monday, April 8, 2013. The title of Mary’s presentation is: Helen Duett Ellison Hunt, The Governor’s Wife.

Helen Duett Ellison Hunt, the wife of Arizona’s first governor George W.P. Hunt, grew up in the Payson-Globe area of Arizona. She influenced not only the family ranch but also the town of Globe, Arizona as well as the state of Arizona.
