D.I.Y. Home Energy Efficiency Workshop

D.I.Y. Home Energy Efficiency Workshop

Presented by City of Flagstaff and HomCo Lumber & Hardware at Flagstaff Downtown Public Library

Are you paying high energy bills and still having trouble staying comfortable in your home? There are plenty of reasons why your home could be inefficient at using energy. Some of the worst culprits in home energy inefficiency are leaky windows, insufficient home insulation, old, unmaintained appliances, incandescent lighting, etc.  At our workshops a licensed contractor will demonstrate installation tools and techniques to weatherize your home and help you save money on your utility bills.

The Flagstaff Sustainability Section is hosting its first home energy-efficiency workshop of the season on Thursday November 17th, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, at the Main Public Library. Please join us to learn easy ways to reduce your energy consumption and save money. Workshops and a home energy efficiency kit are provided free of charge on a first come first served basis.
