REGION WIDE PLANNING TOUR

Director Mary Beals-Luedtka to Host 5 Community Forums for Public Input

FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA (October 21, 2016) – Area Agency on Aging Director, Mary Beals-Luedtka will host five community forums for the public to provide input on the Area Agency on Aging NACOG 4 year plan.  The 4 year plan includes strategies on how the Area Agency on Aging will provide and deliver services within the 4 Northern Arizona counties of Coconino, Yavapai, Navajo and Apache counties.

To facilitate as much public participation as possible, the public forums will take place at locations around the region to Cottonwood, Prescott Valley, Flagstaff, Lakeside and Springerville.

Topics at the forum will include Housing, Employment, Home and Community Based Services and Transportation.

Community Forums Dates & Times:    

November 9 in Cottonwood, Cottonwood Rec Center, 1:00-3:00
November 15 in Prescott Valley, Mtn. Valley Rehab Hospital, 10:00 – noon
November 21 in Flagstaff, Coconino County Comm. Svc., King St.,  3:00-5:00
November 29 in Springerville, Wht. Mtn. Regional Medical Ctr., 1:30 – 3:30
November 30 in Lakeside, Solterra, 9:00 – 11:00
