This will be held every Saturday at 8am for the month of December. It is a busy month but lets stay healthy into the new year! Buffalo Park is the perfect place to train for upcoming obstacle courses in 2017 whether it may be the Spartan Sprint and Super in February in Phoenix or the Terrain Race in July in Flagstaff! Buffalo Park features a 2 mile obstacle course. This is perfect for parents and kids. Feel free to bring sleds for the little ones. Micro-spikes or crampons for running come in handy to prevent slips if there is any ice.

Assist bands for pull-ups will be provided. Training will include rope climbing, pushups, squats, wall jumps, and general cardio.
