The Arizona Trail Association will be Honoring Our Heros with the Public Premier of "Almost Sunrise"  at the Orpheum Theater.  Almost Sunrise, a film about the many difficulties veterans face when coming back to civilian life - has won many awards on the film festival circuit.  The film follows two Iraq veterans, both tormented by depression for years after they returned home and pushed to the edge of suicide.  The two embark on an extraordinary journey - a 2,700 mile walk across the country from Wisconsin to California, in order to reflect on their haunting experiences or war and to ultimately, save themselves.

Following the film, combat veteran David Kurneta from this year's Warrior Hike program will talk about his experience along with Jordan Burke as they thru hiked the Arizona Trail.
