“Hermosa Vida invites you to “The Happiest Night in Town”- a Fun and Interactive event that is perfect for all Flagstaff families!

This event features the movie ‘Happy’ which takes a look at people around the world- from Bhutan to Japan to the USA- and what makes each of them happy.

After the film a leading Happiness Researcher from NAU will speak and present his findings on how simple things we can all do on our own can actually make each of us happier people and the benefits of being happier!

The night will also include a short interactive workshop designed to practice these happiness techniques right then and there!

The Hermosa Vida Project is working to promote healthy lifestyles in Flagstaff through addressing access to resources, decreasing barriers, and changing policy. We would like to share the successes our project has had over the last few years and the vision we have moving forward with the greater Flagstaff community.”
