Flagstaff Volunteers of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America
The Flagstaff volunteers of Moms Demand Action belong to the AZ Chapter of Moms Demand Action and the national organization Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. We are part of the largest gun violence prevention organization in the country with chapters in all 50 states. Moms Demand Action is a nonpartisan grassroots group dedicated to ending gun violence. We do this in two ways: 1) educating our communities about responsible gun storage in the home through its Be SMART campaign and 2) advocating for common sense gun legislation and lawmakers who understand the urgency of this issue. We are not anti-gun; we are anti-gun violence. We are like Moms Against Drunk Driving.
