Yoga at The Arboretum

Social distancing requirements have brought changes to our WALKS and CLASSES, as follows:

Registration 24 hours in advance is required — no walk-ins will be accepted
Class size is limited
Masks are required to participate
July 11th, July 18th, July 25th​ |Saturdays 9:00am-10:00am

Members: $8

Non-members:  $10

Class fee covers entrance to The Arb for the day.

Cristina Bowen has been teaching yoga since 2004. She began her practice in Colorado, but did her formal training in Phoenix before moving to Japan where she continued her teaching/training. She has trained all over Asia; from Bali to Bhutan and has experienced Yoga on many levels. Her most recent move brought her back to the mountains where she feels more connected. Yoga accompanies her where ever she goes and she loves sharing her knowledge and teaching style with others.
