The beginning of a plant embroidery featuring the beautiful model
Learn basic stitches and try drawing with needle and thread! Bring a photo of a plant you love for inspiration, or use one of ours.
Learn to transfer your design to fabric, play with textures, and begin to develop your own personal embroidery style. You'll leave with plenty of ideas to keep stitching leaves, stems, and flowers.
Beginners welcome! All supplies are provided. You're also welcome to bring materials from home to try in your embroidery.
This is an inter-generational workshop.
Stitchers age 10+ may attend with an adult.
Stitchers age 14+ may attend on their own.
