Now is the time for visioning! In this fertile time of darkness we are granted the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us and invite in a new vision for our lives. In this chakra-based yoga practice you will move through postures dedicated to each chakra, assess each area of your life as it relates to the chakras, and set forth intentions for the new year. Open to all levels.
