Navajo Chef Jaren Bates and Chef Brett Vibber, both 2023 James Beard nominated chefs, will be sharing stories and cuisine from Colorado Plateau tribes at this special event at the Museum of Northern Arizona’s historic Colton House.
The event will feature small bites of winter preservation steamed corn, wild mushroom potstickers, sumac-cured trout, duck with fall squash, and steamed corn ice cream. A wine tasting presented by Sam Pillsbury of Pillsbury Winery will kick off the event. Space is limited at 40 people.
