More Than a Meal: Indigenous Foods & Arizona Wine Tasting Event

The event will feature small bites of winter preservation steamed corn, wild mushroom potstickers, sumac-cured trout, duck with fall squash, and steamed corn ice cream. A wine tasting presented by Sam Pillsbury of Pillsbury Winery will kick off the event. Space is limited at 40 people. This tasting event will be preceded by a panel discussion at the Museum of Northern Arizona on appropriation of Indigenous foods with guest panelists Chefs Jaren Bates and Brett Vibber and Toasted Sister Podcast host and producer Andi Murphy, moderated by Dr. Kelley Hays-Gilpin.
