Lunar Lecture

Learn about the historical significance of Flagstaff’s Apollo training sites on Wednesday, May 8 as part of the Lunar Legacy Lecture Series at Coconino Community College Lone Tree Campus.

Ian Hough and Ben Carver explore the historical significance of Apollo astronaut training sites at Cinder Lake and Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument as well as the process of placing these areas on the National Register of Historic Places.

*Please note the date for this lecture is the THIRD Wednesday of the month.
