Two days of International Chili Society sanctioned chili cookoffs with cooks from around the southwest competing in Red Chili, Chili Verde and Salsa to qualify for the World Championship Chili Cookoff in Palm Springs, CA in October, 2013. Saturday is the 30th Annual Route 66 Regional Chili Cookoff and Sunday is the 42nd Annual Arizona State Championship Chili Cookoff.
