All you need to bring is yourself, but if you have contents you feel are joyful (ideas include poems, children’s drawings, excerpts from your favorite books, anything little and lovely) you can bring those too.
Free Joy is an experimental community project in Flagstaff, AZ, aimed to promote curiosity, kindness, interconnectedness and encouragement. Intended for those feeling “low” the small paper packets filled with simple delights are available at various locations throughout the city. Come join us in creating these packets together! You can stop by for 5 minutes or an hour.
