'Apocolypse Now' Movie Screening

NAU and the Flagstaff Community are invited to come together in front of the big screen in Cline Library’s newly refurbished Assembly Hall for the free College of Arts and Letters Film Series. This week on December 5th, 7:00 PM, NAU Cline Library Assembly Hall is screening Apocalypse Now. Featuring exclusive pre and post screening discussions led by local professors.

Has there ever been a filmmaker who created as many great films in one decade as Francis Ford Coppola created in the 1970s? He started in 1972 with The Godfather, which we showed last year, and ended the decade with Apocalypse Now, which concludes the fall film series this December 5. Number 19 on the BFI list, it has been called, “The greatest war movie ever made…(It) will leave you shaking. No other film has explored the human soul quite like this one.” This film is a must watch classic, we can’t wait to see you there!
