A one stop shop to provide services for low-income and homeless individuals and families
Anyone in need are invited to come for FREE services
Flagstaff, AZ—The Flagstaff Continuum of Care will be hosting the 15th Annual Flagstaff Project Connect on October 22nd, 2016 at Christ’s Church of Flagstaff, organized by the Flagstaff Continuum of Care
What: This event is a one-stop-shop to provide social services for homeless and very low-income families and individuals. FREE services will include help with shelters, housing assistance, employment, mental health, substance abuse, veteran issues, youth issues, legal issues, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, healthcare, childcare, education, and personal well-being. On-site services will include dental screenings, clothing, food, snacks, hair-cuts, daycare, and bike repair.
A meal will be served at the event and The Mountain Line Bus Route 3 will be providing free transportation to and from the event. Each guest will be partnered with a guide to help them find the services they need at the event.
Why: To show and provide people in need the available local services in Flagstaff and make them more accessible by being in one place at one time
When: Saturday, October 22, 2016, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Annual Project Connects are held in most major cities in the United States. During past Flagstaff Project Connect events, there have been over 25 service agencies at that have assisted 500-700 people each year.
