This art show came about as an effort to thank the artists who have lent their time, work and talents to Willow Bend Environmental Science Education Center this year. They have done shows, given talks and always been flexible, accommodating and good humored.
The show is called "Pathways and Ruins, the touch of man on the Colorado Plateau.” This considerable mouthful reflects Willow Bend’s dedication to local environmental issues, and also an historical look back from 2017 Festival of Science theme of new technologies.
So with many thanks to Debbie Leavitt, Saylor, Ken Walters, Dave Williams and Julie Williams, and to Wil McNabb's for generously hosting us, I invite you to visit us at the Sept. 1 Art Walk or drop by during the month of September.
