Now, in May 2017, Paula's first book, "The Totally Unscientific Study of the Search For Human Happiness," has been released to glowing reviews. Paula also has her own podcast called "Live From The Poundstone Institute" coming out July 8 via NPR. With Paula at the helm, the show will explore and riff on research studies that are so odd they just beg for someone to stand up and say, "wait, what?" The weekly episodes will be taped in front of a live audience. In 2016 Paula voiced the character "Forgetter Paula" in Disney/Pixar's Academy Award-winning feature film, "Inside Out." But it is in her live shows where her comic bulb shines the brightest. Her live shows are a reflection of her witty interaction with the audience, no two shows are ever the same.
