3 p.m. Sunday, Sep. 24, NAU School of Music Faculty Artist Series presents Emily McKay, flute, and Rebecca Scarnati, oboe.

Dr. Emily McKay is Associate Professor of Flute at Northern Arizona University and flutist of the NAU faculty woodwind quintet, the Kokopelli Ensemble. Dr. McKay performed as Principal Flute of the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra for six seasons where she was also a featured concerto soloist performing Concerto 

Rebecca Kemper Scarnati joined the faculty at Northern Arizona University in 1991 where she teaches oboe, chamber music, and music theory. Dr. Scarnati is principal oboist of the Flagstaff Symphony, and oboist for the Kokopelli Quintet. She earned her doctor of musical arts degree from University of Arizona and both her bachelor and master of music degrees and the performer's certificate in oboe from Indiana University.
