This is a dance/movement practice with minimal instruction and no experience required.   There are no steps to learn and its impossible to do it wrong.  We practice moving meditation to danceable music.

Suggestions for the practice: 
1. Follow the movement, speed and energy of your own body 
2. Be responsible for yourself (stay aware of injuries and limitations) 
 3. Keep your eyes open (to see other dancers on the floor) 
 4. No matter where you go, take your breath with you.   
 5. Dance barefoot (or with clean shoe soles) 
 6. Stay open to following your own body's changes 
 7. Know that everything that is alive has a dance; your only task is join yours 
 8. Enjoy yourself! (excessive seriousness may slow you down)
