The Manhattan Short Film Festival

This semester’s films will feature film noir from around the world and from a wide period ranging from 1931 to 2006. Besides telling thrilling stories of crime, the underworld, and femmes fatales, these films examine questions of morality, modernity, the battle of the sexes, and the fine line between right and wrong.

During one week, September 28 – October 8, 2017, over 100,000 viewers gather in over 250 cities across 6 continents will view and vote on the 10 short film finalists in this annual event. This is one of the largest short film festivals in the world and it is the World’s First virtual and global film festival. Come vote for your favorite film.  Co-sponsored by the NAU School of Communication.
