Free Service to Patients Affected by the Fallout of the Nevada Test Sites during the 1950′ s and early 1960’s.
Our office provides free assistance to individuals filing claims under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA), which are also referred to as "Downwinder" claims.
The office is open to provide information about eligibility, documentation, submission, and approval of RECA claims. We will also answer client's questions and link them to potential resources.
