Flagstaff’s Community Orchestra showcases local talent in season premiere concert.
Orchestra Northern Arizona presents its season premiere on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at 7 p.m. in Flagstaff High School’s Hurley Theater. Join the orchestra as it showcases local musician Alex Burdiss in a performance of Ferdinand David’s Concertino for Trombone and Orchestra and plays some of the world’s most beautiful melodies: Tchaikovsky’s Fantasy-Overture from Romeo and Juliet, Barber’s Adagio for Strings, and Wagner’s Die Meistersinger.
