1 Week; 12,000 Native American youth; 1 hour and the United States. What do these things have in common?

Answer: NB3FIT Week. During the week of November 5-11, 2017, the goal is to engage 12,000 Native American youth in physical activity for a minimum of one hour throughout the country. Our community is participating. Click here to join Native Americans for Community Action, Inc and the NACA Wellness Center in moving toward a healthier future for our youth!

Let our children know we support and encourage their health and fitness journey. Come to any of NACA’s sponsored events between November 5th and 11th to be a part of the movement to move!
