The NAU Symphony and Chamber Orchestras will perform Benjamin Britten’s “Simple Symphony” and Jean Sibelius’ “Symphony No. 2 in D Major.”
The Northern Arizona University School of Music Orchestra program is dedicated to providing the finest musical and educational opportunities for talented individuals from the university student body interested in the study and performance of orchestral music. This concert is sure to thrill with the not-so-simple music of Benjamin Britten's Simple Symphony, followed by the powerful and inspiring Symphony No. 2 by Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.
